The herb looks stunted due to the summer season. It is Heliotropium zeylanicum (Burm.f) Lam., a prostrate herb.

Dear sir due to acute summer the herb became very stunted, otherwise it will be normal.

It may be Heliotropium marifolium J.König ex Retz. as per images herein.
