Came across these purple blooms in the forest hills of Kakkabbe-Nalnad. They appear to be a kind of Kurinji flowers.
(The famed Nila-kurinji flowers are by nature plietesials - blooms once in 12 years. )
Would request Identity confirmation.
(Links : flowersofindia.net website has photo information on karun kurinji http://www.flowersofindia.net/catalog/alphabet.html which morphologically resembles to the one posted in this mail.)
