Leaves are parallel nerved, whorled and pinnatifid. Pedicels are
longer than calyx and corolla seems about 1-2 cm long. This would be
L. aquatica. For L. heterophylla the lower leaves have to be linear
and flowers have to be stalkless. Regards

This should be Limnophila indica (L.) Druce due to pedicled flowers as per details herein.
