Is it with seeds? if seeds are there it may be Musa acuminata cultivar. If with seeds it  may be Musa acuminata variety wild.

Thank you very much.  I think this banana has small seeds in the middle.

This could be a species of Musa acuminata ssp. zebrina.  There are varieties in this sub-species.  Please check.
