Help: InDesign Go to Next Page Button for PDF

Is there any way in InDesign 2015 to export a Go to Next Page Button/Go to previous Button to a PDF (such as my PDF portfolio)?
It used to be very simple, now it won't do it intuitively even to an Interactive PDF.
Is there a simple workaround? Please help: my portfolios look clueless!
