Add "jpeg" and "bmp" to allowed image file extensions

Currently on most upload fields, where images are uploaded only files with following extensions are allowed for upload:
  • jpg
  • png
  • gif
I'm proposing also to allow following extensions:
  • jpeg
  • bmp

Agreed, we need to cover them too.
