Wrong Sorting for Sections under "Structure & Data" in Admin

Hi everyone,

It seems we have a bug in a system where our Sorting for Sections under "Structure & Data" in Admin is affected by the sorting changes in the main Sections grid.

I strongly believe the Left menu sorting shouldn't be changed like that and can only be affected by the Default sorting which applies Priority (order) field on it.

Here is a new task for this:
