Missing "icon46_site.png" icon

I've noticed, that when you create new list as direct child node in Admin Console tree, like "Structure & Data", then it's using icon46_site.png icon, that is missing.

Here are 2 new icons.

Ready for testing, but I really don't know how non-developer could test this one, because we don't have such case in default installation.
