Incorrect Values List in Session Management Method setting

Hi everyone,

I came across incorrect Values List in Session Management Method setting.

Most likely this is happened after some Language/System Settings related changes in 5.2.0 B1.

To fix need to change LU to LA prefix in ValueList column of CookieSessions system variable.

To make sure everything was done properly check, that:

1. "lu_" labels, that were before this patch in SystemSettings table doesn't exist in any of theme-specific language packs and if they do, then remove them from there
2. labels with la_ prefix you've used really does exist in /core/install/english.lang file and have proper translations
