I've discovered several bugs, while using flash uploader on Front-End:

when uploading a file with "&" in filename (e.g. "test&fail.jpg"), then it's thumbnail image isn't shown and image itself can't be deleted
getting url to fullsized image in PrimaryImage field (tag: <inp2:l_Field name="PrimaryImage" format="full_url"/>) created broken url by repeating /system/images/ 2 times

Ready for testing.
