Hello guys,

I've updated to 503 a 439 version, and payements done via payement gateway are never completed: checkout success is displayed, but order stay as incomplete, and shop cart isn't emptied.

No error in error log file, nothing special in access log. I haven't been able to guess the problem from debug mode. Have you tested incommerce gateway under 503?

I can provide you full test info in private message (website in production).

Thanks
Phil.

Hi Phil,

Sorry, I can't help you even if I want unless you provide ALL the details.

To give you more vivid example of how your bug report sounded to me -
you come to car mechanic and say "there is something wrong with my car
- please fix it", and leaving putting the keys on the desk :)

Something else to add here.

We have 5.0.4 for over a week now.

Don't know if payment gateways work in 5.0.3. We usually don't test all stuff in each release, only changed & related to changed one. I'm pretty sure, that they work in 5.1.0-RC1 version, but you have to manually change notification script url in gateways settings (not in In-Commerce).

Since we have moved "in-commerce" under "modules/in-commerce", then "gw_notify.php" is also moved deeper.

here is a log example:

193.56.46.18 - - [18/Jun/2010:01:13:28 +0200] "POST /in-commerce/units/gateways/gw_classes/notify_scripts/atosorigin_notify.php HTTP/1.0" 200 455 "-" "-"

notify script is called correctly, isn't it?

Seems so. Have you tried other payment gateways or only this one?

well, I don't have sandbox access to other ones, do you have any?

Payment via non-gateway method works.

Hi Phil,

Try comparing the Access log lines for OLD working and NOT working (new) transactions

/in-commerce/units/gateways/gw_classes/notify_scripts/atosorigin_notify.php HTTP/1.0" 200 455

Note that "455" is a size of the file in bytes and this might be different for working (older transactions).

tested just now, on old working version, I have

/in-commerce/units/gateways/gw_classes/notify_scripts/
atosorigin_notify.php HTTP/1.0" 200 484 "-" "-"

Well means "what's up"... and it's not fixed yet... I'm still waiting an answer, after tests made by myself, and server access given by email. $ means it's a paid support.

I'll perform more tests on clean installs for this gateway, which seems to have a small refactoring to prefectly integrate into 510.

thanks for asking, I got no news yet. I can perform new tests on 510, but my actual customers cannont use it corectly actually, and I don't think this could have become better in latest version :)

You should really keep demanding attention from In-Portal Support and Dmitry about that, since it's not good if e-shop can't get any money from it's clients.

I won't need to tell you how many mails, instant messages and messages on forum I've sent... but as this gateway is only used for french customer, who are not yet a big market, this seems not to be a priority... while I've paid for support :(

Dmitry, has this been fixed in 5.1.x development branch? Please do attend to Phil's request, since he really has paid support on this one.
