White Border around CKEditor Editing area in pre-5.2.0-B2

Hi guys,

We have a white Border around CKEditor Editing area in pre-5.2.0-B2 on Clean install (see screenshot)

Note that Upgrade from 5.1.2 to pre-5.2.0-B2 worked just fine and there is NO while border so only on clean install.

After update it was ok, but I forgot to update install_data.sql file as well with all that CKEditor task versions we have.
