Cursor isn't focused on username field on admin login form 5.2.0-B2

I've noticed, that after admin login form is opened cursor isn't automatically focused on username field.

This was broken by accident when task http://tracker.in-portal.org/view.php?id=0001095 was implemented in 5.1.3.
