Language and Theme Links don't work without Template

Hi everyone,


We have come across the new issue related to one of the recent features added in In-Portal 5.1.3 - Language and Theme links don't work without Template specified in it.

For example URLs like /language_pack_name.html or /theme_name.html or /language_pack_name/theme_name.html won't work.


This is relate to this discussion - Homepage URL should be a Domain name

This is not an improvement Phil, this is a bug, that was created by implementing http://tracker.in-portal.org/view.php?id=1075 task in 5.1.3 version of In-Portal.

Here is the patch.
Ready for testing.
