Doing separate module install doesn't insert language pack v 5.1.x

Module language pack isn't installing when using "Ready to Install" link near module name (in module list).

Thanks for the patch Alex.

Recently (about couple weeks ago), I wasn't able to install additional Modules (after main installation). I guess you were able to install new modules now.

There is another problem with In-Portal 5.2.0-B1 (which is in development right now), that there is no database connection in /modules/module_name/install.php file resulting failure to insert module into database.
