Unify Duration fields units in admin

Hi guys,

I saw in admin that we use seconds or minutes, sometime without even giving units we are about to change.

For example, session lenght is expressed in seconds, password reset code is in minutes, and run interval for agents is also in seconds.

I propose here to:

- use minutes for session lenght, more user friendly, and I don't think anybody need to adjust the session within seconds

- use in Agents a more intuitive interval: actually we enter seconds, we could ask for a number field and display just after a dropdow list of values (seconds, minutes, hours), like we do in many other fields in Configuration

Hi Phil,

I see your point and I think we need to manage the drop-down with Section, Minutes, Hours available everywhere in configuration to show the number. I know it might involve adding a new field just to store that drop-down option value.

Let's talk this through first. By the way, we can kind of specify in Field Description/Name what needs to be used - this will save us a lot of programming headache! 

Alex, Phil, others what's your take on this.

Yes, showing measure unit as a hint to a configuration variable could do a job for now.

I know that some In-Portal settings are too complex for understanding and lack of in-line help/hint to guide user how to use them.

I think even translation (english or french), would need some improvement for a better intuitivity.
