Missing e-mail events after upgrade to 5.2.0

In http://tracker.in-portal.org/view.php?id=778 task we've added ability to e-mail password to users added/changed through Admin Console.

However these new e-mail events were not added to upgrade script resulting in this functionality not working at all for in-portal websites, where upgrade to 5.2.0 was done.



Ready for testing.
