Hello,

in v503 on Chrome, if you dare to refresh admin page, you are brought back to login page.

In FF it only does a refresh.

Phil.

Can't replicate on 5.0.4-B1 (version in SVN only). Maybe you are located in particular section of administrative console, when this happens?

I log on
http://127.0.0.1/v5/admin/
the next page in admin is something like
http://127.0.0.1/v5/admin/index.php?env=612940089-index:m0--1--s-

Additionnaly, the "OK" button in "Advanced configuration" doesn't work
in Chrome.

Are cookies enabled in your browser? since 612940089 is session id in url, which is only passed when cookies are disabled.

We don't have "OK" buttons, maybe you meant "Save" toolbar button in any configuration section?

yes, cookies are normally enabled, no special configuration.
With the same URL in FF, it doesn't do the same.

I meant "Save", yes, and only in Configuration > Advanced

1. Save button doesn't work, since it found error in:
That is strange auto-complete of Chrome reported by you in another discussion.

2. Doesn't logout me, even with sid in url. My "Session Management Method" is "Auto-Detect", what's yours?

1. That's stupid from me to have forgotten that, I tought it was
another bug because the save button wasn't greyed. By the way, what do
you think about greying the save button when no change have been made?
Is it something difficult? We have no indicator abouot the good saving
of the page other than it's reloading.

2. I've tried cookies or sid in url, and it does the same.
Another thing, I have a
"Fatal Error: Use of undefined section "" in
"AdminTagProcessor::SectionInfo" in
C:\Users\Vostro\Documents\#web\www\v5\core\units\admin\admin_tag_processor.php
on line 146"
when I login again, and inportal try to go back to this page, but only
when sid in url is used, when I set to use cookies, the admin page
load without any error.

I'm on a wamp, GC 4.1.249.1064 (45376)

2 - yes, when you save something in configuration section and re-login, then you see such error.
We are aware of this error, but it's not fixed till now, because there is small chance, that someone will save configuration and will perform logout after that.

This is still an issue Phil? Or new Chrome version seems to fix the problem once and for all.

hi Alex,

admin page refresh is working fine on v510 wamp and lamp.

Advanced configuration page saving still doesn't work in v510 chrome
(tested Wamp and Lamp).

Doesn't work is quite abstract. What exactly doesn't work on configuration page save.

same as my previous post : nothing happens, like clicking on an image
instead of a button.

About that I have already answered you (maybe in another discussion):

you have an error, probably Root Password doesn't match. To see an error you must scroll down that form. That was related to strange Chrome form autofill behavior. I can only display alert, when there is such error on a configuration screen.

This is 3rd discussion with that Chrome form autofill bug. Seems, that you like Chrome very much.

haha no I don't use it so much, but Chrome and FF are mainly used by
people who'll use In-Portal - while elderly people will stick on
pre-installed IE :)
