hi there
it would be nice if the employee that fixes the light is able to respond to the ticket him self (being part of the light fixing department) and post a photo of the lamp after being fixed

and then the case becomes sharable with a before and after image of the problem with optional date/location in the image and be sharable on twitter/fb/instagram

I think that's a nice idea
