Joomla 3.x + IMC latest thumb problem

Hi,

I just re-installed latest IMC on my Joomla 3 CMS because of this:

1 user can only do 1 post with image. 2nd report submit with image would give: components/com_improvemycity/models/addissue.php on line 279

I would say it's all about creating another folder for thumb or something for that particular user, I am not sure.

Posting/submitting report multiple times without images wasn't a problem.

Note: I have also tried using super user account but still the same error.

Any news regarding this?

I have registered another new test account and it's definitely about JFolder which I think trying to create another folder for images/thumbs for issues for particular user. The very first submission with image is not a problem the next one will. Again, without attachment user can post report multiple times without a problem.

I'm not an expert and it might be my php config.
