How do I get my app whitelisted?

Hi,

I recently released a free and open source Imgur app Monocle Giraffe. Here's the app: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/apps/monocle-giraffe/9nblggh4qcvh

Fortunately, users seem to like it. Unfortunately, I reach rate limits almost every other day. I see that some apps (like Grin) have been whitelisted in the past. How do I get my app whitelisted?
