tools: imgur-shot - simple screenshooter

Hi,

I made this simple screenshot tool (https://github.com/poxip/imgur-shot) for Linux and I think it can be added to http://imgur.com/tools (of course if you think it's useful, or sth -- it is!)

How it works?
Using scrot, the screenshot is taken, then it's uploaded to imgur and notification is shown (libnotify). It's written in Python3 (compatible with 2).

What am I going to add? // TODO:
* for sure: accounts support (currently screenshots are anonymus)
* use sth instead of scrot (escrotum isn't good idea -- Python2 only)
* i18n
and some minor features (of course this list isn't closed yet!)
