2 Questions relating to the API and API-related support

Hello everyone!

I had 2 questions.

1. Is "a...@imgur.com" still active? I sent them an email a few days ago about a question I had and never got a response.

2. How exactly would I obtain something like a list of all users on Imgur? I want to pull data from accounts, which I believe is allowed for specific accounts, but I need the metadata of as many accounts as possible for an app I want to work on.
