Got a crash report from one of our users.
Device: HTC 6525LVW, Android 4.4.3, not rooted

Hi Andrey,

Do you have any more info on how we can replicate this problem on our end? Do you know what was going on in the app at the time of the crash? Were you requesting ads, displaying ads, just playing content, etc.?
