recompiling acki's openwrt backfire

Hi,

I have tried to recompile acki openwrt backfire using the following
instructions:

I have been to the point where it needs to compile the kernel, and it
fails because the patch is not in the right format/directory:

http://filez.zoobab.com/bbox2/mirrors/newshell.bshellz.net/~acki/livebox2_kernel.patch.bz2

Any idea?
