KVM multi VLAN & subnet IP forwarding

Hi,

I am using KVM which I installed in CISCO UCS.

I will run two server (KVM host) here. One server will have 2 IPs (172.16.12.X/24, 114.130.8.X/24) and another server will have 2 IPs (172.16.251.X/24, 114.130.8.X/24). I need to design with vlan with bridge, all ip series are in different vlan.

Could anybody help me to advise the network design.
