Serial Numbers doubts.

Hi! I have some doubts about the API
1) I don't understand this 2 parameters
- sc The serial number for the user
- sv The serial number for the user about Blood Press interface

What are these values?
I think this may be the device serial number, is this correct?
Should I use both serial number for BP and Weight API?
Should the User declare those Serial Numbers in my system?
can I obtain the user's serial numbers that belongs to the current user from the iHealth Api?
