Urgent:question regarding iHealth Products

I am a student in last year of engineering networks and telecom cycle and for my graduation project I choose to make a mobile application. I need to know if it is possible to create my own application with phonegap using iHealth Wireless Blood Pressure Wrist BP7 Monitor to take the measurements of blood pressure for a subsequent treatment.
