Is there an API sandbox for the Europe region?

Hi,

Over at http://developer.ihealthlabs.com/ (US region) there is a corresponding sandbox url at http://sandbox.ihealthlabs.com/ . However, since my account and device are in the EU Region, I have to go through https://developer.ihealthlabs.eu/ (EU region), but there seems to be no corresponding sandbox for this region.

When I try to login to the US Region's sandbox at http://sandbox.ihealthlabs.com/, it tells me I need to login in the EU website and redirects me. But then nothing happens when I try to authorize my sandbox app through OAuth 2.0.

Can I use the sandbox with an EU account?

as far as I understand, the sandbox is to test the api only. Devices cannot be connected to the sandbox.
