Hi,
i have done chip seq analysis for SRX681547 and SRX681548 samples taking one sample as treatment and other as control sample. i want to find genes enriched between treatment and control samples in promoter region of human genome. how to get promoter region ?
prmoter region will be 1000bp in 5' end but how to get?
