Hi,

I'm loading multiple files using a script and I was wondering if there is a command which copies the sequence specified in the command script?

new
genome hg19
load  "C:\User..........................ER_2_020_C_HCVW3BGX2.dd.bam.tdf"
load "C:\Use.........................0_C_HCVW3BGX2.dd.bam.tdf"
load "C:\Use.............................HCVW3BGX2.dd.bam.tdf"
snapshotDirectory "C:\Us..................... files-2017"
goto chr17:59,941,099-59,941,347
sort position
collapse
snapshot
goto chr17:59,923,316-59,924,077
sort base
collapse
snapshot
goto chr17:59,861,343-59,862,221
sort strand
collapse
snapshot

Thank you,
Goutham
