Ensembl gene predictions for GRCz10

I'm wondering if there is a way to load ensembl gene predictions as the gene track instead of the ref seq genes for the latest zebrafish genome build? Many of the genes that are annotated in the ensembl gene predictions do not show up in IgV with the GRCz10 genome loaded.

You can't change which track is loaded by default, but you can load any gene annotation file (or files) you want, in addition to the default track. See the File Formats section of the user guide for supported file formats. They won't replace the refseq gene track, but will be displayed in addition to it. However you can of course also delete the refseq track and click & drag your new track to the default gene track location.
