Can not visualise probes

Dear guys,

I am trying to visualize my sequences as well as the specially designed probes. How can I get in the menu both in one picture?

I have BED files of both sequences and probes.

Hi,  if you have bed files just load them both from the File menu.   ("File > Load from file...").    Be sure the extension of the file is ".bed",  assuming of course they are really bed format files.
