Sashimi plot background colour

Hi,

Does any one know if it is possible to change the background image of the sashimi plots and render them as an image?

That is currently not possible. We created a GitHub issue to add this feature, and we'll consider it for a future release. Here's a link to the issue. We'll post updates there.

To be clear. It is not currently possible to change the background color. You can however save the plot as an image by right-clicking on the plot and selecting "Save image...".
