Hello,

I'm trying to upload a VCF file and receive the error: IGV is unable to parse header with error: your header has a malformed header: we never saw the required CHROM header line (file is attached)

what can I do to fix that? thanks,

Hi Noa,

This is not a valid VCF file. For example, the ##fileformat field is missing, and many of the lines start and end with an extraneous doublequote (").
