Bos Taurus 8 refference genome

Hello
Is it possible to add a version 8 of the cows reference genome to the IGV browser. I would like to analyse my NGS data with this the newest refference genome but in the IGV browser is only 7th version.

I've tried to make the refference genome with using "create genome file" in the IGV browser but I have troubles with "genome file" (annotation file). I can't download this kind of file.
