Cannot open IGV on Linux Mint

Hi,

I just reinstalled my Linux and did some update on JAVA, then IGV cannot work anymore. The detail log file is in the attached file. Any help of suggestion is appreciated.

Can you run any Java program?    You might try enabling a core dump as suggested in the error log and search forums based on what you find there.    Also try Oracle's Java (version 8, 9 is not released).
