IGV Default Code for Nucleotides

Hi,

Is there a way to change the default colour code of nucleotides? Currently, it is A (Green), T(Red), G(Orange) and C(Blue). How can I change this? If you look at the snapshot below, you will see a single nucleotide having two colours. This demonstrates RNA editing. I want to change these colours. ANy suggestion on how to do this?
