Nucleotide count

hi all
I have a question, I developed an algorithm to count the nucleotides in a specific position (snp), the total of nucleotides on igv is equal to that of my algorithm, but if I try to count the single nucleotides the result is different. what criterion is used?

I don't understand the question,  they are just counted.
