IGV Version

Hi everyone,
Which version of IGV should I use with an old mac version OS x 10.6.8?

Hi,

First make sure you have Java installed.   It should be installed but if not you can try downloading here:  https://support.apple.com/kb/dl1573?locale=en_US

Then use version 2.2.13,  which you can download at the link below.   Unzip the archive by double-clicking it,  then run the "igv.command" file by double-clicking,  or right-click and select "Open with > Command Prompt"

Correction, right-cick on igv.command and select  "Open With > Terminal"
