Has something changed in your network environment? Do you need to set proxy settings, or has your proxy recently changed? What other genomes have this problem? I can look for something in common between them.

Hi,--I recently found a problem with installed IGV on my Mac.I found there is no sequence information for many species like cerevisiae SacCer3, when I load genomes from server. (note there is no problem for hg38)I think this is a recent problem. I notice from last night. It only happens to my Mac and another several mac in my lab in UK. One of my friends in France works fine for her.Do you know possible reasons?Do you have alternative solutions?Thank you a lot.Zhong
