What is "hg19.chrom.sizes" file?

I attached files.
Could you see those file?
I don't know where put in "chrom.sizes" file.

Why are you using chrom.sizes?    You don't put it anywhere, that file is not for your use.

     When I turn on IGV show up this error message everytime. I little annoyed by this error message. ^^;;;

You must have made  a mistake defining your .genome file,  using "chrom.sizes" as an annotation (gene) file.   The way to fix this is to delete your .genome file and start again.  

Alternatively, if you have download the fasta and index file  (hg19.fasta and hg19.fasta.fai)  you can try saving the attached hg19.genome file in the same directory as the fasta.   This should be in igv/genomes.   Start IGV again and the error should go away.
