Dear all...

i am successfully using the batch script screenshot capabilities of
igv as in
http://www.broadinstitute.org/igv/batch
and
http://www.broadinstitute.org/igv/PortCommands

unfortunately i don't see how i can scale my tracks?
a command to "fit data to window" or set a default track height would
be sufficient

is that possible?

thanks for your help
Maria

The default track height can be set in View -> Preferences -> Tracks

To elaborate a little,  we currently don't have a batch command to do that, we'll put in on our list.  As a workaround you can set the default height through the menu before running the batch script.

I did Tracks|Set Track height then I chose 20 pixels and ran the batch script, but each track shows a different height

Has there been an update to this?
