IEP is a  nice tool!

I want to move the location of the shell to bottom.

Can I change the location of shell and code edit window conversely?

Sure, just grab the shell widged by the "title bar" and drag it to where
you want. The code editor widget cannot be dragged though, so you have
to move the other widges "around it".

I could not  move the editor widget, but I could move the shell widget!

It worked! :)
