ANN: IEP now in Debian / Ubuntu

Dear IEP users,

Just to let you know that IEP just hit approval for inclusion in Debian. The package should
be soon available for installation in Debian unstable and the next release of Ubuntu. I will try
my best to keep my unofficial PPA [1] up to date with future releases for all supported versions
of Ubuntu.
