Using version Python 3.x

I downloaded Python version 3.4 on my Mac. Then I download IEP and ran it. The first line
of shell says, "Python 2.7.5 (default, Mar 9 2014, 22:15:05) on darwin (64 bits)". I guess it is sees
the Python version preinstalled on Mac and uses that. How can I make it use the Python 3.4 that
I just downloaded?

Goto shell configurations and edit the EXE.
