Cannot find "Move Confirm" Window

Hello,

 I have created a Material Movement In-transit document and used it to transfer (x 20) rakes from HQ Default to Fertilizer. When I attempt to complete the document it tells me:
" Open: Move Confirm - 10000000 " but when I look for the Move Confirm Window I cannot find it.

What could I be missing ? Is it labeled under a different name?

You can also access the move confirmation window using the "zoom across" button on the related inventory move.
