I already upgrade zk to zk.8.0.0

thanks for this effort.

i made a quick test. Chrome OSX, any window i tried to open (sales order, business partner) doesn't show content. gray color.

already fixed. I miss a patch when integrate.

you will have to click F5 or click refresh button in browse or ever delete cache (or test in incognito session)

Hello,

found another issue.

When you go to Businesspartner (e.g. Joe Block) and switch to his related docs (via Zoom Across).

Example: Fact Acct Details

In "Fact Acct Details" try to open Report and display the records (disabling the Current Row Only Checkbox).

You will get an error message: reference ad_client_id is ambigous

This error is in any window and in any report.

When you open the window "Fact Acct Details" directly (not via Z9oom Across) then you have NO error message.

from log, i see it's sql error.

when you report for all record, it will build query include query for filter current records.

at your case it's zoom query.

maybe zoom query don't use FQN. so make "column reference "ad_client_id" is ambiguous"

i guess it also happen in demo.idempiere.com

looks basic issues are fixed. tested a bit and cant find stoppers.

is it possible to get from experimental to development ?

looks me better performance then 7. i would take a risk and go production.

I believe it's not risk,

you also should update jetty to 9.3.6 (just have new release 9.3.7) and use java8 for security.

some issue resolve by workaround now also fixed in zk

Hi Hiep, i am referring in general same as present ZK 7. I wonder if the spaces in between the boxes or panels such as Favorites, Calendar, Performance with space in between the menu bars can all be made thinner so there is more display.

Hi Norbert, I believe that your ticket isn't relate to update zk to 8.0.0, it's from update framework to 3.1

Hi Red1, I just compare screen from demo.idempiere and experimental.idempiere, it have same issue as you report.

so, your patch should apply to 3.1

I already update experimental.idempiere to new zk release 8.0.1

I have installed the XRAY addon to the Felix Console for visibility of plugins. You can login https://experimental.idempiere.org/osgi/system/console/xray (SuperUser/System) and mouse over the icons. It may slow things down but it can be disable easily.
