iDempiere installation in Eclipse ERROR

Hi dear All, 

During installation iDempiere in Eclipse Neon.2 Release (4.6.2) following errors appear:

Connection to http://central.maven.org/maven2/joda-time/joda-time/maven-metadata.xml failed on Invalid last modified value. Retry attempt 1 started
Connection to http://central.maven.org/maven2/joda-time/joda-time/maven-metadata.xml failed on Invalid last modified value. Retry attempt 2 started
Connection to http://central.maven.org/maven2/joda-time/joda-time/maven-metadata.xml failed on Invalid last modified value. Retry attempt 3 started
ERROR   [0050] : No suitable provider for component joda-time:osgi.bundle was found in resourceMap file:/D:/workspace/idempiere/org.adempiere.sdk-feature/adempiere.rmap
  ERROR   [0050] : No suitable provider for component joda-time:osgi.bundle was found in searchPath bundles.maven
    ERROR   [0050] : Rejecting provider maven2(${url.maven2}/maven2[http://central.maven.org/maven2]): No component match was found
Attempt to use an unresolved node. Request is joda-time:osgi.bundle


java version 1.8.0_112
OS: Windows 8.1


any ideas?

I have the same problem, with Eclipse Neon 2 and Eclipse Luna.

Ubuntu 16.04.1

openjdk version "1.8.0_111"
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_111-8u111-b14-2ubuntu0.16.04.2-b14)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.111-b14, mixed mode)

branch: release-4.1
commit: (clean)
update: (current)

Bellow same problem, but in diferent perpectives ...

I think will help to solve the issue.

You can add joda-time jar manually to your source code for the time being. It seems there is something wrong with maven repository since it was updated.
You can use my attached resource map file and place the joda-time-2.9.7.jar to locallib directory inside your workspace directory.

Thanks Adi, for the quick workaround, 

But still getting the below issue using the file you attached:

ERROR   [0050] : java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: URI is not hierarchical
Attempt to use an unresolved node. Request is joda-time:osgi.bundle
