Trx-Monitor is ConcurrentModificationException

Hi, All.

The following error has occured.
It occurs from time to time.


idempiere\org.adempiere.base\src\org\compiere\util\Trx.java

Exception in thread "Trx-Monitor" java.util.ConcurrentModificationException
 at java.util.HashMap$HashIterator.nextEntry(HashMap.java:894)
 at java.util.HashMap$ValueIterator.next(HashMap.java:922)
 at java.util.AbstractCollection.toArray(AbstractCollection.java:188)
 at org.compiere.util.Trx$TrxMonitor.run(Trx.java:642)
 at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:722)
 
Did anyone else encounter this same problem?
What do we do in order to fix this?
